Return and Refund Policy
1. Return/Replacement Policy
- Returns or replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
2. Conditions for Return/Replacement
- The product should not show signs of use or damage.
- An invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
- Items on sale or clearance may not be eligible for return/replacement.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the product passes inspection.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or to your Adaroticx Wallet.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
- A full refund will be issued for cancellations before shipping.
5. Wallet Policy
- Refunds credited to the wallet can be used for future purchases.
- Wallet credits are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
