Return and Refund Policy

1. Return/Replacement Policy

  • Returns or replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Conditions for Return/Replacement

  • The product should not show signs of use or damage.
  • An invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Items on sale or clearance may not be eligible for return/replacement.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the product passes inspection.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or to your Adaroticx Wallet.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
  • A full refund will be issued for cancellations before shipping.

5. Wallet Policy

  • Refunds credited to the wallet can be used for future purchases.
  • Wallet credits are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
